Jerry Ganendra is a Vice President at Decarbonization Partners. In this role, Jerry is focused on investment sourcing, underwriting, execution and portfolio management.

Prior to Decarbonization Partners, Jerry was an Associate at EQT’s Large Cap Buyout fund, covering new deal investments (CFC Underwriting) as well as portfolio company management (Acumatica). Before EQT, Jerry spent 4 years at Goldman Sachs, spending time with the Natural Resources, Renewables, Infrastructure and Leveraged Finance Teams.

Jerry holds a Masters in Mechanical, Energy & Sustainability engineering from Jesus College, Cambridge with First Class Honours.
