Tamar Siradze is an Associate at Decarbonization Partners. As part of the COO team, Tamar plays a key role in delivering the joint venture's operating platform and executing critical development and strategic initiatives.

Before joining Decarbonization Partners, Tamar spent two years in BlackRock’s Treasury department, where she gained expertise in financial oversight and liquidity management. She then transitioned to BlackRock’s EMEA Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team in London, spending another two years as a trusted business partner in Expense and Headcount Management, delivering strategic insights and driving operational efficiency across the EMEA region.

Tamar holds a Master’s degree in Economics with Honors from the Central European University (CEU) and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Business Administration from Tbilisi State University.
